As a leadership coach, I often work with Senior Managers who struggle to motivate team members.

In order to maintain engagement and a positive work environment, the ability to deliver effective feedback is essential.

Giving effective feedback takes both self-awareness and practice!

This is the purpose of this highly interactive, 6-hour workshop. 

I leverage my 30 years of experience on 3 continents and my intercultural perspective to give you the keys for understanding and using the soft skills necessary to communicate with assertiveness and empathy.

In the morning session we will focus on the following associated techniques:

*  Non-verbal Communication
*  Active Listening
*  Assertive Communication

Specifically we learn the principles of Green Language and Non-violent Communication, an approach to enhanced communication, understanding, and connection developed by clinical psychologist  Marshall Rosenberg.

After a light lunch, we will spend the afternoon practicing our newly developed habits.

Role plays will enable us to observe and learn from each other.
You are welcome to bring in your own real life/office scenarios!

There will be ample time for feedback, questions and discussions.
