Every coaching engagement encounters challenges with communication at one point or another. I’ve found the Everything DiSC model to be an excellent tool both for helping leaders understand their own communication style as well as understanding and valuing the different styles of others. The conversations prompted by DiSC provide strategies to strengthen relationships.

After completing an online questionnaire, each participant receives a 20-page Everything DiSC Workplace Profile which provides them with valuable insights that unlock

engagement and inspire effective collaboration. 

In this personalized 20-page profile, participants will explore the priorities that drive their behavior, learn what comes naturally and what might be challenging when

interacting with others, and gain actionable strategies to strengthen their interpersonal interactions at all levels in the workplace.

Each participant receives access to the Everything DiSC Catalyst learning platform (see below). 

Half-day facilitation sessions are delivered remotely and full day sessions are delivered in person in France or Luxembourg.
