With its unique combination of quantitative close-ended survey questions and qualitative open-ended questions, it adopts a multi-trait multi-method approach to analyzing a range of personality traits and states linked to success in the workplace.

This AI-based assessment tool uses a unique combination of the Big Five personality traits model (blue), the Entrepreneurial Capital personality states model (purple), and the Counterproductive behavioral tendencies model (yellow).
How is it structured?
The assessment generates a 40-page report which measures stable personality traits and more malleable personality states. This objective "snapshot" is invaluable when considering one's professional development. It takes about 45 minutes to complete the assessment.
What do the black lines represent?
The black line is a benchmark. It shows the profile of the participant and his/her average proficiency compared to the overall normative sample.
